If we are not familiar with your plan, we will be happy to contact your insurance provider for you and let you know if your insurance will cover your visit.

Which Insurance Companies do you Accept?
We accept all major insurances. We also submit third party billing for you. We will contact your insurance company for you to determine any pre-certification requirements or out of pocket expenses.

We are in network with most commercial PPO insurance plans, however if we discover you will be going out of your network, we advise you prior to your exam what your options may be.

We are in network with all Commercial PPO Medicare and Medicaid plans.

We are in network with all Government plans such as Tricare and Veterans Choice.

If your exam will not be covered by insurance, please contact us to make financial arrangements that are convenient for you. We do offer day of service discounts for self-paying patients or those with high deductibles or copays.
